1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Jaminio Forms, creating an account, building forms, or submitting a response to a form hosted on our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Jaminio Forms provides form creation, distribution, response collection, and analytics tools for Roblox game studios and communities. Studio accounts may require an invitation or admin-approved access password before sign-up.
3. Studio accounts
If you create a studio account, you are responsible for all activity under that account, including forms you publish and how you use collected responses. You must keep your login credentials secure and comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards.
4. Form respondents
If you submit a response to a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. By submitting, you also agree that your response may be stored and reviewed by the studio that published the form.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Jaminio Forms to collect sensitive personal data without lawful basis, harass users, distribute malware, spam submissions, attempt to bypass security controls, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or remove accounts or forms that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
Jaminio Forms and its branding remain our property. You retain ownership of content you create, including form questions and branding assets you upload, and grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the service.
7. Disclaimer
Jaminio Forms is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet every use case. Studios are responsible for how they use collected data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaminio Forms and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
